1. Which size should I order?
It is best to consult the size chart. If your child falls between two sizes, it is best to choose the largest size. The sizes of zebrasaurus are normal. Zebrasaurus has limited editions so we appreciate it if you order as few different sizes as possible. If you still can’t figure it out, we’re happy to help.
2. The product is out of stock
Because Zebrasaurus works with limited editions, it is possible that an item is sometimes sold out. If you let us know which product you are interested in, we might be able to order it!
3. My order is a gift, can it be wrapped?
A pack of Zebaraurus is nice to receive, we make sure it looks well cared for! If you want to add a special message because it’s a present? Let us know!
4. I have provided a wrong delivery address!
Accidentally entered a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
5. Can I return my product?
This is possible if the item is unworn/damaged. Shipping costs are for your own account.
6. Which countries does Zebrasaurus ship to?
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, France, Spain and Ireland. If you want to send to another country, please contact us.
