Shipping & Returns


Delivery time and shipping costs

We aim to send a package within the Netherlands the next working day. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. During peak periods delivery may take a little longer.

The Netherlands:

€ 5.50 for orders that fit through the letterbox
€ 7.50 for orders under € 100 (with track & trace)
Free for orders from €100 within the Netherlands (with track & trace)

Pickup your parcel: If you live in Utrecht or surroundings (The Netherlands) it is also possible to collect your package. Saves shipping costs and it’s better for the environment! If you thick the box  ‘pick up’ in the shopping chart we will contact you to make an appointment (we do not have a physical store).

Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden and Denmark (delivery time 2-3 days):

€7.75 for orders that fit through the letterbox
€ 9.50 for regular packages


€9.00 for orders that fit through the letterbox
€12.00 for regular packages

Track your package

Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email with delivery information and a tracking link to track your package online. Please note that it may take a while for the tracking link to work.

Packing up

A package of Zebrasaurus is nice to receive, we make sure it looks well cared for! If you want to add a special message because it’s a present? Let us know and we will take care of that.


At Zebrasaurus it is of course possible to return your order. This is possible within 14 days after receipt of your complete order. You can send an email to hi@zebrasaurus.nl.

Items can only be returned in perfect condition with all labels still attached (if they are attached). Place the items in the original shipping box or use alternative but proper packaging. Take the package to the nearest post office and use a trackable shipper. Please note that return costs are for your own account.

If the product has been returned in good order, we will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of the return.


Unfortunately, we cannot exchange an item for a different size. You can place a new order and return the previous order.

If Zebrasaurus itself has made a mistake when packing the order, we will of course pay the shipping costs. In that case, send an email to  hi@zebrasaurus.nl as soon as possible.
